Before and after

1. Before you start this tutorial, you want to make sure to download the star brushes and flower brushes.
2. You want to choose a picture of someones face, preferably a fierce face shot
3. Open photoshop and create a new file with the width and height settings to ones that will fit your picture.
4. Open your picture on the new file
5. Create a new layer and change the blending mode to color, now pick a bright color and paint over the eyes and lips
6. Create a new layer and select different sections of your models hair and choose a small paint brush and paint over sections of hair
7. Change the opacity settings to make the color blend in with the hair better
8. Create a new layer and label it, choose a star brushes from the ones we downloaded and paint different sized stars under the right eye and above the left, make sure the paint color is a grayish
9. Create a new layer and choose a small star brush and a bright white color
10. With this brush go over top the eye and paint stars on the eyelids
11. Select the pen and go beside your left eyebrow and draw straight lines, once you've made the path right click and select make selection.
12. You can now fill in your new selection with any color
13. Make more stripes under the one you just made with the same  process
14. Now select the oval pen tool and make ovals above the right eyebrow, fill these in with color
15. Pick a flower brush and make big flowers over the ovals, choose a yellow paint color
16. Pick a swirl paint brush and make large swirls also
17. Over the stripes choose a small star brush and paint in a white color                      Before
