- Before you start this tutorial, you want to make sure to download the star brushes and flower brushes.
- You want to choose a picture of someones face, preferably a fierce face shot
- Open photoshop and create a new file with the width and height settings to ones that will fit your picture.
- Open your picture on the new file
- Create a new layer and change the blending mode to color, now pick a bright color and paint over the eyes and lips
- Create a new layer and select different sections of your models hair and choose a small paint brush and paint over sections of hair
- Change the opacity settings to make the color blend in with the hair better
- Create a new layer and label it, choose a star brushes from the ones we downloaded and paint different sized stars under the right eye and above the left, make sure the paint color is a grayish
- Create a new layer and choose a small star brush and a bright white color
- With this brush go over top the eye and paint stars on the eyelids
- Select the pen and go beside your left eyebrow and draw straight lines, once you've made the path right click and select make selection.
- You can now fill in your new selection with any color
- Make more stripes under the one you just made with the same process
- Now select the oval pen tool and make ovals above the right eyebrow, fill these in with color
- Pick a flower brush and make big flowers over the ovals, choose a yellow paint color
- Pick a swirl paint brush and make large swirls also
- Over the stripes choose a small star brush and paint in a white color Before
- You are now done but dont forget to save as a JPEG and flatten your image!
